Engine Progress

I'm slowly making progress on my new engine. This is an Indy short block (470") assembled by the guys at Diamonback. I'm completing the assembly, wanting to have it going in time for the NHRA Hot Rod Reunion in June (maybe the June Monster in St Louis).

Here is the short block on the stand:

Still got to do some work on the transmission (manual valve body), should be ready to install in a week or two...

That's correct. I'm planning on getting some fresh air carbs also.
