Not in the top 10 but Beemer and Boucier plan on being there. My favorite track and only a 4 hr. drive. (sorry Dave)

Better at hpme than on freeway.

Left at 1pm and drove 330 miles to Atlanta, TX to not have to deal with going though Houston traffic.

No AC in 8 days, just loaded trailer, and then had to change a stacker tire. When done I went into a house hotter than the outside to catch my breath and take a cold shower.

yup, there appears to have been a hiccup and multiple posts.

Anyway, I pulled into Lenders Lot. Saw Corky and Brent.

                  More car drama from yesterday,

I’m so sick I can see straight. I’ve stopped and checked the straps four times in the last 900 miles - including about 125 miles ago. I pulled into an unknown Walmart for the night and missed making a right with my 80’ rig by about 2”. I had to slowly one wheel at a time go over a curb. When I opened the trailer this is what I found. My wife who has spent 40 years learning to push my buttons before 5 seconds lapse, goes into her “I hate racing” rant. After I put the car in, I asked my shop rat to put in park and strap down. He forgot the park part. This one is worse than the last one. 12 years of going to Nmca races and I get two in a row.

Pushed the tree a little too hard on second pass. Now must need to split the difference.

Proves again than I'm always slower in morning and need to base morning on morning and afternoon in afternoon. Based on morning run I needed to have 157 pounds and I put 160 in. We waited longer than usual and air improved 150' so put said I should have had 170 when I got back. After adding ticket I should had 198. I’m going to drop launch back down to 2200 from 2500 as I’m really pushing against my brakes.

Tomorrow’s Schedule has Nostalgia Super Stock up first at 8:30, so expect the call to lanes at 8:00-8:10 Eastern. Astros game doesn’t start until 10:10 tonight- so very little sleep since I’ll have to get car out of trailer and set everything up at 6:30
